We conduct workshops in association with Colleges, Organisations and Corporates. Please contact for details.

Our workshops cater to girls and women who want to push the envelope. We offer customized workshops to help you reach your full potential! Our workshops bring together our decades of experience in corporate management and theatre practices to empower women.

With extensive use of role-play, films, group discussions, hands-on exercises, games and other techniques, we equip women with practical and proven tools and enable them to find keys to achieve their full potential and fulfil their dreams. Participants of our workshops will be able to:

  • Identify the biases, stereotypes and barriers that hold women back.

  • Practice techniques to overcome the obstacles.

  • Hone creative thinking skills.

  • Learn from the experiences of successful women.

  • Become confident go-getters

Avala Hejje’s Student Workshops are set out to change this world! Our standard workshops are for 2-Days (10 AM-4PM).
