To request a waiver on the short film submission entry fee, please send an email to avalahejjefilms@gmail.com explaining your special circumstances. If approved, the organizing team will provide you with a special waiver code. Submit that code in the form below.
 

Example of a special occasion: You may be a student, or you may have just created a new film to participate in this festival, you may have a recommendation from someone who is supporting the festival, etc.
